2nd ANNUAL HIKE FOR MARY POTTER HOSPICE
Saturday 13 November - 10am
Mt Kau Kau
from Khandallah Park, Woodmancote Road

A sponsored scenic walk up Mt Kau Kau, with a chance for reflection at the summit. A wonderful way to walk and raise funds for Mary Potter.

Combine raising funds for the Hospice with a walk to the summit of Mt Kau Kau and sweeping views of the harbour, the Rimutaka ranges and the hills around Wellington. On a good day you will see the South Island.

The aim of the hike is to raise funds for the Hospice and remember a loved one. And for those that want to make a day of it, the park has many excellent picnic spots including a swimming pool, children’s playground and cafe.

Summit for someone
Whilst this is an opportunity to reach the summit for someone and raise money for the Hospice, it isn’t limited to those whose friends or family members have used Hospice services. The hike is for anyone who wants to raise funds for the Hospice and enjoy an iconic Wellington walk.

If you are summiting for someone – why not invite others that knew your loved one as well, to join you and fundraise for the Hospice.
